Will be handling multiple infrastructures and commercial projects in India and the UK

Understanding and analyzing a design brief and coming up with conceptual themes/ sketches/drawings/3D as creative solutions to a design brief

Making and reviewing interior and architectural plans for construction

Making details of furniture and other interior finishes

Making electrical, ceiling, and plumbing layouts

Vendor management, project costing and project management

Knowledge of building codes and practices in India and the UK

Knowledge of interior materials, construction details, mood-board creation etc.

Researching and troubleshooting issues related to project execution

Researching and maintaining knowledge of various technologies and materials in the construction

Liaising with the team to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met

Helping the team to fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge

Actively participate in meetings, track, and follow-up outstanding actions

To actively strive towards sustainable design practices

Excellent Spoken English

Excellent CAD, 3D modeling & rendering, and Photoshop skills

Proven working experience as an Interior Architect/Building Architect

Excellent design skills and ability to communicate ideas via different media ex: PowerPoint, mood-boards

Should be able to offer solutions on hand in situations.
