BD Ops Executive (Tech)

Job description

  • Supporting the business development team in different aspects of client management, project health/progress tracking, client comms, revenue analysis, proposal drafting, and similar tasks

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders with respect to project execution and progress

  • Support in lead identification and lead generative activities

  • Lead management including nurturing and follow-ups

  • Systematically managing project/leads data in CRM tools like Hubspot and/or MS Excel

  • Timely analyze the data stored in CRM and preparing dashboards/reports accordingly

  • Actively communicate with clients and resolve any issues/queries they might have

  • Prepare and manage various documents including CDAs, RFQs, Project Introduction Forms, and the likes

  • Client feedback management and pre/post-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Prepare various contracts including tenders as and when required ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities

  • Support PM in smooth client on-boarding and off-boarding ops

  • Support the BD/Marketing in creating various presentations including pitch decks, credentials, etc.

  • Act as a bridge between client and mgmt./execution team including CEO, COO, PM, HOE, BD, and others

Job requirements


  • 0-2 years of experience in BD preferably in the area of tech
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in business English
  • Basic understanding of finance, business development, and project management
  • Confident, effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise and experience in MS Suite
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external collaborators
  • Ability to qualify leads based on our requirements
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
