Job description

    • BD Support:
      • Assist the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other documentation for collaborators.

      • Support BD ops team with Document management via sharepoint.

      • Work with the wider team to understand the BD process and provide support as needed.

      • Work with head of biology and head of chemistry and support them with project management related tasks as well as revenue analysis

    • Project Management
      • Work on internal software (CITC) and sheets for productivity management.

      • Provide support for end to end project tracking.

      • Regularly update risk management sheet and deals & pipeline sheet.

      • Provide Support to multiple departments for MIS presentation.

      • Actively Track SM, reagents, and shipment details.

      • Review invoices and support the finance team with revenue analysis.

      • Oversee and manage all activities related to project initiation and create project introduction forms.

    • Process Optimization:
      • Assist in streamlining and improving business development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

      • Collaborate with team members to understand and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

    • CRM Management:
      • Work closely with the team to ensure proper utilization of CRM tools.

      • Maintain and update the CRM system (Hubspot) with accurate and relevant information.

    • Lead Generation:
      • Participate in market research activities to identify potential clients and generate leads for the BD team.

      • Learn and implement basic lead generation strategies under the guidance of senior team members.

    • Client Communication:
      • Assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns, escalating to senior team members when necessary.

      • Ensure that nothing falls through cracks.

    • Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Gain experience in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.

      • Learn to prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and related under the guidance of senior team members.

Job requirements

    • 0-1 Years of experience in chemistry.

    • Flexible to work in Adjusted General shift or any other shift allocated by manager as per the business needs.

    • Strong interest in business development operations and eagerness to learn.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in business English. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and collaborators via phone and email.

    • Basic understanding of finance principles.

    • Basic understanding of business development and project management.

    • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Confident with effective presentation and interpersonal skills.

    • Expertise and experience in using MS Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and related tools.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
