Chief Financial Officer (Consultant)

Overview of the financial operations and review of the MIS and all financial reports
Assess and evaluate financial performance of the Company with regard to operational goals and budgets
Support the management team to achieve budget, revenue and EBITDA goals
Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives and/or new service offerings
Offer experience regarding the development of the strategic plans, and execution of tactical initiatives
Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures
Partner with key stakeholders to aid the company in continuing and improving the growth path
The position is a contractual position and you may need to travel at any of the o2h locations (India/UK/USA) as per the needs of the business.

Proven international experience of 10+ years as a finance director, finance controller or CFO for a large group or listed company
Agile enough to support the company’s divisions with organic and inorganic growth
Excellent generalist with strong financial control/core accounting background
Highly experienced in budget management and accounting principles with 10+ years of industrial experience
Good understanding of small business operations, strategy, and finances
Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets
Highly organized with the ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture

Excellent communication skills across all platforms
Exceptional attention to detail
