Communicating with new/existing investors as the first point of contact
Processing new investor applications and maintaining share registers
Provide investor updates, valuation reports, annual reports, and handling ad-hoc queries
Ensure timely delivery of EIS certificates, contracts and accounting information to investors
Organise and manage the deal flow that comes in from prospective investee companies
Liaising with fund administrators, accountants, lawyers, service providers, HMRC and nominee groups
Skills in writing independent communications over social media, web, print media, email, and letter
Contribute to data analysis, data tracking, marketing and PR functions
Coordinate with technology transfer offices, Universities, biotech’s and industry bodies
Support the drafting and peer review of key policies, processes, and documents
Manage the diary, travel, and schedules of the CEO
Managing the o2h Ventures board meetings, office functions, task tracking, events, and operations
Work closely with the leadership team to provide seamless support to the group
Management of complex calendars and scheduling, meeting prioritisation, large scale meeting coordination for CEOs
Organise, execute, and assist with team activities and logistics
Prepare reports, presentations as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
Reviews correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness
0-2 years in a similar role. Experience related to finance would be an added advantage.
