Finance Executive

Job description


    • Prepare and Analysis monthly financial results, prepare monthly financial reporting, performs basic analysis and reports on trends, and explain forecast variances
    • Develops annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasting activities; may include preparation and/or consolidation of the monthly expense, revenue, capital, personnel forecasts, and related operational metrics
    • Review monthly actual expenses and submit adjustments as needed on a timely basis
    • Develops and maintains financial models and analyses to determine the financial impact of business decisions
    • Gathers, analyses, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans and operating forecasts
    • Manage and track Capital spend Vs budget, proactively identify issues
    • Prepares a variety of management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis projects for departments and management
    • Participates in process improvement projects in response to business needs, including contributing to the development and implementation of new business processes and best practices
    • Participates in projects of moderate scope; performs specific portions of broader projects managed by supervisor; interacts with team members to complete assignments
    • Become SME on expense/ headcount/ CAPEX
    • Seeks out opportunities to learn about trends; develops and incorporates them within assignments as appropriate
    • Communication with bankers




Job requirements

  • Have a passion for finance and accounting as well as being open to continuous learning and education
  • A clear understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentation
  • Good knowledge of ERP
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Deadline orientated and ability to stick to time constraints
  • Hardworking and ready to work in shifts and for extended working hours when needed
  • Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture
