Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network)
Install workstations, connect and set up hardware, load all required software, provide network accounts and passwords as required, monitor security of all technology, input and maintain IP addresses
Installation, up-gradation, configuration, administration & troubleshooting of Microsoft OS (Microsoft Windows Servers and Clients)
Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of routers and switches
Sharp in analyzing computer systems to identify and eliminate issues
Troubleshooting IT issues and managing & monitoring all installed systems of the team
Responsible for managing regular data backups
Invoice record maintenance and share with Finance team
Good knowledge of data and IT asset inventory management
Have a passion for Information communication and technology as well as open to continuous learning and education
Having 0-2 years of strong work experience as a system administrator
A clear understanding of computer support and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OSX, Windows 10 pro
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Deadline oriented and ability to stick to time constraints
Hardworking and ready to work in shifts and for extended working hours when needed
Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture
