ICT Executive/Apprentice

Job description

  • Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network)

  • Install workstations, connect and set up hardware, load all required software, provide network accounts and passwords as required, monitor security of all technology, input and maintain IP addresses

  • Installation, up-gradation, configuration, administration & troubleshooting of Microsoft OS (Microsoft Windows Servers and Clients)

  • Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of routers and switches

  • Sharp in analyzing computer systems to identify and eliminate issues

  • Troubleshooting IT issues and managing & monitoring all installed systems of the team

  • Responsible for managing regular data backups

  • Invoice record maintenance and share with Finance team

  • Good knowledge of data and IT asset inventory management

Job requirements

  • Have a passion for Information communication and technology as well as open to continuous learning and education

  • Having 0-2 years of strong work experience as a system administrator

  • A clear understanding of computer support and troubleshooting

  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OSX, Windows 10 pro

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills

  • Deadline oriented and ability to stick to time constraints

  • Hardworking and ready to work in shifts and for extended working hours when needed

  • Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture

Education: ITI/Diploma (IT), B.E, BCA, MCA, B.com with IT certification
