Job description

  • Design, build or maintain web sites using authoring or scripting languages

  • Design, build or maintain websites using content creation tools, management tools and digital media.

  • Fix correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.

  • Evaluate code to make sure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers devices or operating systems.

  • Analyze user needs to define technical requirements.

  • Own role and development conducting deep dives into potential issues with an eye for identifying, solving correcting problems to limit customer impact.

  • Meeting with Web designers to discuss project design and layout.

  • Coding the entire HTML site from end to end.

  • Debugging code and identify problems and its solutions for websites and web applications

  • Ensuring cross-platform compatibility.

  • Conducting website performance and usability tests.

  • Estimating timeline for tasks and meets deadlines

  • Share your learnings from projects through knowledge management initiatives and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive high efficiency and effectiveness

Job requirements


  • Pro-efficient in HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery and any preprocessor

  • Preference: Good Knowledge of WordPress

  • Ability to troubleshoot coding and application errors.

  • Knowledge of web design and user application requirements.

  • Understanding of Software Engineering with practice in at least one project

  • Exposure to Design Principles and ability to understand Design Specifications independently

  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends

  • Knowledge of any Frontend JS Language, React and Vue

  • Knowledge about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Hubspot, JIRA and Intercom

  • Good communication skills across all platforms

  • Strong attention to details

  • Creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively

  • Good analytical skills

  • Strong passion for front-end technology, best practices and continuous improvement
