Full Stack

● Designing user interactions on web pages.
● Participating in the design and creation of scalable software
● Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
● Designing and developing effective APIs.
● Develop and manage well-functioning databases
● Writing clean, functional code
● Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
● Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
● Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
● Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solution
● Create security and data protection settings
● Write technical documentation


HTML

● Design, build or maintain web sites using authoring or scripting languages content creation tools management tools
digital media.
● Identify correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
● Evaluate code to make sure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with
browsers devices or operating systems.
● Analyze user needs to define technical requirements.
● Design and develop web-based applications in multiple authoring scripting languages with an emphasis on the
customer experience.
● Own role and development conducting deep dives into potential issues with an eye for identifying, solving correcting
problems to limit customer impact.


UI/UX Designer

● Meeting with Stakeholders, using wireframing tools, using functional user-interface techniques in your design workflow
● Work with different stakeholders to build and refine UI designs for applications, websites and marketing material.
● Convert wireframes into hide fidelity UI designs
● Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
● Must have ability to think conceptually and convert concepts into appealing visual designs
● Develop and maintain robust web style guides for all our consumer and business-facing products
● Familiar with brand impact and brand promotion techniques
● Provide thought-leadership on web design best practices and next-generation design trends


Quality Analyst

● Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place
● Guarding against incorrect language usage, truncated text and incorrect formatting
● Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market
● Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
● Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.


Customer Success
● Being the first point of contact for any support requests for our internal products.
● Manage simple support requests directly and channel more complex requests to the right member of the team to
resolve

● Provide product demos and support on-boarding of new users
● Interact with various internal teams and facilitate communication between customers/collaborators and other
teams to identify issues and work towards resolutions


Business Analyst - Strategy

● Being an observer of policies, processes and unsaid norms across functions
● Research and develop deeper essence of understanding upon the issues you observe
● Prepare and implement frameworks to support long term sustainable processes.

● Interact with various internal teams and facilitate communication through various means
● Documentation of all the resources utilised and prepared
● Instilling Project Management systems
● Attending all necessary meetings and vocalising your thoughts and opinions.
● Act as a bridge from the Management to the employees
● Work with the Leadership team in different sets to work on multiple projects


Marketing

● Supporting the VP of Business Development in day to day marketing and related promotional activities
● Developing social media, event and conference calendars on a monthly and yearly basis
● Managing leads in CRM
● Assisting in PR related activities such as PR research, finding the right platforms, websites, blogs etc.
● Assisting in writing, editing and content creation including articles, blog posts, web copy, landing pages, in-depth
guides, customer stories promoting the company and its services
● Working on Google Analytics and data visualisation tools
● Managing paid advertising campaigns

Job requirements

Full Stack

● Basic understanding of any of these languages & frameworks: NodeJS, Laravel, Typescript, ReactJS, HTML &
CSS
● Basic knowledge of relational or Non-relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application
development
● Ready to gain product visualization skills and understanding of user-first design approach
● Knowledge of SDLC concepts and Agile methodologies


HTML

● In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS,SCSS, JavaScript.
● Ability to troubleshoot coding and application errors.
● Knowledge of web design and user application requirements.
● Ability to meet strict publication deadlines.
● Strong attention to details


UI/UX Designer

● Proficiency using Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign, Figma, InvisionApp, UXPin, or equivalent application(s)
● Hands on experience of UI/UX and Graphic Design
● Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and
emotionally engaging
● Knowledge of agile and scrum development processes
● Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices
● Good to have familiarity with basics of HTML and CSS
● Ready to gain product visualization skills and understanding of user-first design approach
● Well-versed with MS Suite including MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint and related


Quality Analyst
● Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail.
● Knowledge in QA and various testing procedures for different phases of the SDLC


Customer Success

● Exemplary verbal, written and listening communication skills with fluency in business English
● Excellent relationship management and customer service in a variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls,
in-person)
● Be patient, graceful, courteous and have a knack for people and humour
● Good general understanding of software development
● Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Hubspot, JIRA and Intercom is a
plus
● Expertise and experience in MS Suite including MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint and related
