Job description

  • Deliver the project or solution as per the baseline scope, cost & schedule.
  • Maintain high team & customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure high quality delivery without any escalations.
  • Contribute in Domain initiatives.
  • Maintain Readiness through different training programs & certifications.
  • Manage partners & ensure good quality project delivery.
  • Status reporting & managing executive communications.
  • Managing risks related to the projects.
  • Maintain utilization levels in line with organization metrics.
  • Manage project planning activities and execution of multiple projects in parallel.
  • Resolve project execution issues and involve team as needed.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good practices.
  • Use Jira to track work (features, user stories, defects) and release scope.
  • Ensure effective project communication, provide regular updates to management team.
  • Flexible to work in UK shift.

Job requirements

  • At least 5years of project management experience.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation.
  • Requires solid project management skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross- functional environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, business judgment, and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff.
  • Ability to manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies proven by PMI PMPĀ® or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in end to end project management and has covered all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing/leading multiple medium size projects independently.
  • Experience in SaaS would be added advantage.
  • An ability to overcome technical challenges and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
  • High self-motivation to initiate projects and work independently under aggressive deadlines.
