Senior Executive - Stores

Job description

  • Accountable for smoother daily operations of inward and outward activities and resolve issues in coordination with the concerned authorized person

  • Inventory management in ERP System

  • Ensuring real time data and inventory

  • Analysing, managing and controlling inventory of raw material, consumable and assets

  • Maintaining good relationships with users and other department

  • Responsible for ensuring quarterly stock audit & project materials periodically and presenting to management with data insights

  • Making sure to have stock and material audits avoiding breach of data integrity at all the levels

  • Having close coordination with Supply chain, Finance and discovery team

  • Having great leadership skills and ability to┬ámanage team of 4-5 members

  • Imparting best practices and required training to team members

Job requirements

  • Have a passion for store management as well as being open to continuous learning and education

  • Great understanding of statutory compliances related to stores management

  • Having good knowledge of ERP

  • Deadline oriented and ability to stick to time constraints

  • Highly self-motivation and can able to work independently and pull out work from team under aggressive deadlines

  • An exceptional attention to detail

  • An excellent personal rapport and an ability to engender trust and respect

  • An ability to work well as part of a small focussed team and build relationships

  • An exceptional communication skills and an ease in interaction with senior level stakeholders and other department

  • Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, word and PowerPoint presentation

  • Hardworking and ready to work in shifts and for extended working hours when needed
