Senior Officer - Operations

Job description

Formulate strategic and operational objectives & monitor functioning of multiple sites.

Make sure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, economical manner.

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Collaborating closely with team members while offering ongoing support

Create systems, procedures, and supporting documentation as necessary.

Analyze financial information and employ it to enhance profitability

Prepare monthly MIS and Board presentations and present in monthly meetings.

Create a business-savvy succession plan.

Look into AMC/renewals for all significant activities.

Job requirements

Proven work experience as Operations Executive or similar role

Familiarity with business and financial principles.

Excellent communication skills.
