Act as a bridge from the Management to the employees
Work with the Leadership team in different sets to work on multiple projects
Skills & Characteristics
Exemplary verbal, written and listening communication skills with fluency in business English
Excellent relationship management
Be patient, graceful, courteous and have a knack for people and humour
Good general understanding of software development
Proficiency with Project Management software such as Trello and JIRA is a plus
Expertise and experience in Google Suite including Google Sheets, Slides, Docs etc. and related products
Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture
Ability to learn and apply new skills and processes quickly and train freshers to build a strong customer support team.
Be able to demonstrate outstanding business & culture analysis
