Job description

Responsibilities

  • Being an observer of policies, processes and unsaid norms across functions

  • Research and develop deeper essence of understanding upon the issues you observe

  • Prepare and implement frameworks to support long term sustainable processes.

  • Prepare and present pitches to the higher leadership and management team for systemic and impactful changes

  • Interact with various internal teams and facilitate communication through various means

  • Documentation of all the resources utilised and prepared

  • Instilling Project Management systems

  • Attending all necessary meetings and vocalising your thoughts and opinions.

  • Act as a bridge from the Management to the employees

  • Work with the Leadership team in different sets to work on multiple projects

Job requirements

Skills & Characteristics

  • Exemplary verbal, written and listening communication skills with fluency in business English

  • Excellent relationship management

  • Be patient, graceful, courteous and have a knack for people and humour

  • Good general understanding of software development

  • Proficiency with Project Management software such as Trello and JIRA is a plus

  • Expertise and experience in Google Suite including Google Sheets, Slides, Docs etc. and related products

  • Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture

  • Ability to learn and apply new skills and processes quickly and train freshers to build a strong customer support team.

  • Be able to demonstrate outstanding business & culture analysis

  • Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with a strong desire to help build the o2h culture

  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external collaborators

  • Exceptional attention to detail, positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness
